Ethnic Transmissions is an alternative/indie Iban rock band formed in 2004 in Kuching, Sarawak East Malaysia (Borneo) & consist of:

1.Macmillan Jua Lungan (vocals & guitars)
2.Dennis Jonathan Fraude (keyboards)
3.Daniel Ading (lead guitars)
4.David Barieng Jacques (drums)
5.Norman Ading (bass).

The band’s sound is influenced by bands such as:
Gin Blossoms, Def Leppard, The Get-Up Kids, 3rd Eye Blind, Cinammon, Mew, Taking Back Sunday, Dashboard Confessionals, Coldplay, Vertical Horizon,The Color Fred, Jimmy Eat World, All American Rejects, Snow Patrol, The Fray, The New Frontiers, Deathcab For Cutie, Ash, Semisonic etc.
