From YouTube Lagu Iban, now is Taju Remaong turn to be expose here. Yup, i get some extra detail on them from our local Sarawak band. Not a well known iban indie band but still worth to expose them to our local Sarawak; this band call them-self Taju Remaong. Local band from Kapit, the band has quite loads of music comparable to Rock, Britpop, Rock Ballad, Heavy Rock, and they give some lyric and song with our local language Iban. Should be proud of this band cause they will make some change on our local music industry right now.

Do you all wanna to know Why they called Taju Remaong??

So here is they Quote at Rumah Panjai social network.

 " Taju Remaong is a scary phrase to hear especially to those who know the meaning and its tale. According to Bahasa Iban Dictionary, ‘taju’ means ‘bait’ and as for ‘remaong’, it is a well known legendary mystical tiger that is known to be haunted and has supernatural power. It can fly and vanished in thin air, unlike the common tiger that is known to us. Hm…so, ‘Taju Remaong’ is actually means ‘a mystical tiger’s bait’. Of course there will be bad luck upon those who took the bait. But that is not the reason why we choose the title for our band. It’s simply because Taju Remaong is one of the Iban’s identity. It is classic and has of what so called traditional value."
 
After involved in music and performances for some occasions, the band has a few of their own songs collection, created and composed by themselves. Thinking of all the great and precious concepts will come to waste, the band took an initiative, making an attempt to deliver all to these forward and on the same time makes our music industry be extra merrily.

The same as the Iban’s band now a day, Taju Remaong also attempt to deliver a brand new concept in their music. This is proved with the songs called Kumang Ati Ku and Nda Sanggup.
